This is my response, southwestern Arizona style, to a combination of the ncisdrabble100  prompt #217 : 'Decorate' and her lovely story of fluffy white stuff Snowbound.  Also, some slang within, so if you find something that doesn't make sense, ask me.  I'll 'splain.

 

Monsoon Season

“So why is there a place called ‘Green Valley’ in the Arizona desert?”

“Because it catches the floods.”

“How can it flood in the desert?”

“Been thunder storming all day.  Roads were just closed.”

“So no airport.”

“Nope.”

“Just a single story motel.”

“Yup.”

“Double beds.”

“Yup.”

“Family restaurant.”

“Yup.”

“Well, there’s a TV and… Darn. Power just went out.”

“Yup.”

“What’ll we do?”

“I could decorate you.”

“D…decorate me?  You mean a ‘pearl necklace’?”

“Nope … had something else in mind.”

“Gibbs, what are you…?  Gibbs, you pulled off my… OW! Gibbs! OW!”

“Going ‘commando’ makes you easy, DiNozzo.”

Glad you could too :) Though maybe tomorrow needed to be saved more than today.. Cross your fingers tomorrow is going to be good please? I have my first final tomorrow, and last year over 50 % failed at it, so I'm not looking forward to it.
