I did giggle when I wrote - I mean when Gibbs spoke that phrase. I tried hard (hopefully succeeded) to make all those words sound correct coming out of our favorite 'functional mute' because he was going to have to talk LOTS. I just didn't think it would be as dramatic a story if it was always 'Gibbs thought...'. And Gibbs is a funny guy!
